an old fashion butcher shop, that has seen better days, has been developed into a friendly boutique, which interpreted a new space with new materials and details. we opened up the ceiling hight in the process, while leaving the ground area as before. the facade comes up with a charisma of natural and ecological attitudes, regarding the quality of the product choice. the name and the logo twiddle with the black humor of the owner sébastien and his requirement of qualitative high-class meat.
