the habour-basin of münster has been developed into a leisure-time activity zone, combined with working spaces. peter bastian designed the h24 building in a vertical and horizontal concrete-structure. each glass-field of the windows is nearly 10qm big and can be fully opened by one side, to keep the view as wide as possible on the water.
